Madeleine Jacobs-Wegner is a Patent Law Paralegal and a Patent Consultant.
Ms. Jacobs-Wegner is familiar with every intellectual property procedure. Her key duties include submitting patent and utility model applications online both in Germany and abroad, organizing correspondence, and administering grant and registration procedures in Germany and abroad. In particular, she is responsible for inputting and tracking deadlines. Ms. Jacobs-Wegner is also responsible for monitoring patents and communicating the results thereof.
Following her graduation from a German advanced technical college, Ms. Jacobs-Wegner successfully completed a compacted training course at Dr. Kluin’s patent law firm (now KLUIN Patent) to become a Patent Law Paralegal in June 2014.
Ms. Jacobs-Wegner became a Patent Consultant following the successful completion of a one year correspondence university course in 2017.
Currently Ms. Jacobs-Wegner is continuing her education in a one year correspondence university course to become a Trademark Advisor.
Ms. Jacobs-Wegner was born in 1993, is fluent in both German and English, and has an extended basic knowledge of French.
